Welcome to Vyaaparone, a brand owned and operated by JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd. These Payment Terms govern all financial transactions conducted through our platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

Vyaaparone acts as an intermediary B2B marketplace connecting Buyers and Sellers. While we facilitate connections and lead generation, the actual contract of sale for goods or services is strictly between the Buyer and the Seller.

Listing Fees: Sellers may be required to pay subscription fees to access premium listings, lead generation tools, or verified badges.

Payment Cycles: Subscription fees are payable in advance on a Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual basis as per the selected plan.

Non-Refundability: All fees paid to JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd for platform services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

For transactions occurring directly between Buyers and Sellers:

Direct Negotiation: Payment terms, including credit periods, advance payments, and delivery charges, must be mutually agreed upon by the Buyer and Seller.

Escrow / Secure Pay (If Applicable): If Vyaaparone provides a secure payment gateway, funds will be held as per the platform’s escrow policy and released to the Seller upon confirmation of delivery.

Tax Compliance: Both parties are responsible for GST compliance, TDS deductions, and issuance of valid tax invoices.

JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd accepts payments for its services via the following methods:

• Net Banking (IMPS / NEFT / RTGS)
• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
• Credit and Debit Cards
• Authorized Digital Wallets

Service Suspension: Failure to pay subscription renewal fees by the due date may result in immediate downgrading of the account or removal of listings.

Interest: JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at the rate of 18% per annum from the due date until full payment is received.

JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd (Vyaaparone) shall not be responsible for:

• Payments made outside the official Vyaaparone platform.
• Disputes related to the quality of goods or services provided by Sellers.
• Financial losses arising from fraudulent transactions between third-party users.

Any disputes arising from these Payment Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the place where JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd is registered.
