By registering for an account, browsing the Platform, or using any services provided by Vyaaparone, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Taxes: Users are solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to their transactions and platform usage.

Platform Content: All content, trademarks, software, and logos belong to JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

User Content: By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content for platform operations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
