Welcome to Vyaaparone. As a premier B2B marketplace, we strive to ensure a seamless procurement experience. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the logistics framework for transactions conducted on our platform.

1. General Overview

Vyaaparone serves as a digital bridge connecting buyers and sellers. Vyaaparone does not directly stock, pack, or ship products. All logistics, including packaging and dispatch, are primarily the responsibility of the respective Seller.

2. Shipping Responsibility

Seller-Fulfilled: Most orders are shipped directly by the vendor using their preferred logistics partners.
Vyaaparone Assisted: In specific cases where "Vyaaparone Logistics Support" is opted for, JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd may coordinate with third-party courier services.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery schedules depend on the Seller's location, Buyer's destination, and the nature of the goods.

Processing Time: Sellers typically dispatch orders within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation.
Transit Time: Standard domestic delivery usually takes 5–10 business days post-dispatch.
Expedited Shipping: Availability and charges at the Seller’s discretion.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

1. Weight and Dimensions – bulk B2B orders may require freight or LTL shipping.
2. Distance – Regional vs. National rates.
3. Service Level – Standard vs. Priority shipping.
Note: Octroi, state entry taxes, or local levies are generally borne by the Buyer unless specified otherwise.

5. Order Tracking

Tracking details (Bill/LR Number/Courier AWB) will be updated on the Vyaaparone dashboard or communicated via registered email/mobile. Buyers can track shipments via the logistics partner’s website.

6. Delivery Discrepancies & Damaged Goods

Inspection: Buyers should inspect shipments for tampering or damage before signing the POD.
Reporting: Damaged goods must be reported to the Seller and Vyaaparone Support within 48 hours with photos/videos.

7. Non-Delivery and Undeliverable Areas

If delivery addresses are in "Non-Serviceable Areas" or the Buyer is unavailable after multiple attempts, shipments may be returned to the Seller. The Buyer may be liable for two-way shipping costs.
