At Vyaaparone (a brand owned and operated by JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd), we strive to provide a transparent and efficient business-to-business (B2B) marketplace.

Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations. This policy is divided into the following sections:

1. Marketplace Transactions – Buying and Selling of goods between users.
2. Vyaaparone Services – Paid subscriptions, leads, and advertising services.

Important: Vyaaparone acts exclusively as an online platform to connect Buyers and Sellers. JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd is not a party to transactions between users and does not manufacture, store, stock, or ship products listed on the platform.

Seller-Specific Policies: Return and warranty policies are determined solely by individual Sellers. Buyers are strongly advised to review Seller-specific terms before placing an order.

Vyaaparone’s Role: Vyaaparone assumes no liability for the quality, legality, safety, delivery, or condition of goods. We do not process returns or handle merchandise.

Disputes: Any disputes relating to damaged goods, non-delivery, or product mismatch must be resolved directly between the Buyer and the Seller.

Cancellation by Buyer: Buyers wishing to cancel an order must contact the Seller directly. Vyaaparone cannot cancel orders on behalf of users.

Cancellation by Seller: Sellers reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other valid business reasons.

This section applies to Sellers and Advertisers who purchase paid membership plans, verification services, or lead packages from JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd.

Voluntary Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Effect of Cancellation: Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. Thereafter, it will revert to a free/basic tier and premium features will be disabled.

No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

General Rule: All fees paid to JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd for memberships, listings, or advertisements are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable, except under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charges caused by a technical error.
• Failure to activate services within 7 working days of payment and receipt of complete documentation.

JDRSM Enterprises Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel a user’s subscription and remove listings without refund if the user:

• Violates our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
• Posts prohibited or illegal content.
• Engages in fraud, misrepresentation, or harassment.
